How to Make a 5-Minute Christmas Cookie Plate
If you’re making a batch of cookies (or pulling them out of a grocery store container – your secret’s safe here!), display them on these DIY Christmas plates, wrap in cellophane and tie with a bow. Cookies done. Check that off your long holiday To Do list!
Supplies
– Clear glass dessert plate (You could achieve the same technique with a dinner plate)
– Paper doily
– Mod Podge
– Foam brush

Place the paper doily underneath the glass plate.
Turn the plate upside down and trace the portion of the doily you want displayed on the plate. Cut out.
Cover the front side of the paper doily with a layer of Mod Podge. Be sure to get those frilly edges!
Turn the plate upside down and apply the paper doily to the plate’s underside.
You may need to apply more Mod Podge to the edges. Wipe off any excess.
